What is the Dosaze trial period policy?

We offer a 60-night sleep trial on our pillows and bedding. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after trying it for at least 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes, our products are designed with sensitive sleepers in mind. We use premium, antimicrobial, and hypoallergenic materials to ensure a clean and healthy sleep environment.

How do I care for and clean my Dosaze pillow?

The outer cover is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat. The internal memory foam should only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
